Leading the Change project, pioneer in the sector in Spain, includes a social network for Gonvarri Industries and GRI Renewable Industries on which it is developed an ecosystem of virtual working groups, an environment of thematic blogs and a microblogging platform, structured around people, our employees.
Equally, for the sake of easing the daily work, it has been integrated all the users’ directory, available to call or chat with only one click, a digital document management that allows sharing information and working together with it and also our corporative University, the repository with 50 years of history and internal knowledge and the container to continue innovating in the present time.
All our employees, anywhere in the world can access to it, independently the device they use, to be informed of all the news about the company in a quickly and easy way. Because only being a part of a team permits us to continue leading the change.

Digital Talent Award in the 2nd Edition of Expansión 50 Best Digital Ideas
Today we add a new award! We have won the Digital Talent award in the second Edition of Expansión 50 Best Digital Ideas. With this, there are already 13 prizes awarded to this initiative that keeps growing and changing. Soon, Emotional Driving will arrive to schools in order to reinforce road safety among the youngest. The project started locally, at the factories of the company, where employees and their relatives provided the content whilst they received training and optimistic talks to strengthen their awareness on road safety. The award received today acknowledges the Digital Talent as a transmedia project, that beyond a book, it has a mobile app and a web series. Emotional Driving receives Prevencionar award as best project on Road Safety
Emotional Driving has received Prevencionar Award as best Project on road safety. According to the jury, the prize is awarded due to the “perfect planning and implementation of ‘Emotional Driving’ project, as well as for its satisfactory results”. Gonvarri won the prize against other important competitors as Johnson & Johnson, Alsa, Truckdeal and Egarsat. Altogether, a sum of 349 applications were presented to the first edition of Prevencionar Awards. With this one, there are 12 international awards already won in different categories, as Internal Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and, this time, Road Safety.
