Gonvarri Steel Services & Gestamp Renewables has won the IV Award for Best HR Practice for its project “Leading the Change”. Last Friday, November 7th, Pablo Gonzalez de Suso, Director of HR & OHS, received the award from José María López, Director of Cedered, during the VII Congress of HR Directors held in Valladolid.
Among the winners, it was also awared Leroy Merlin for its “I know my Mission Workshop” project; DKV Seguros, for the project “Implementing a model of Managing People”; and TRW, for the “Talent Retention Program, Consolidation and Employee Development.”
